Eligibility/Head Reference
Tenderers shall meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Tenderer shall have experience in Chatbot, ServiceNow, software engineering and web development.
- Developers working on this project must possess relevant experience.
- Tenderer and their sub-contractors performing work and services at PSA Corporation Ltd’s workplace must be at least bizSAFE Level 3 certified.
Documentary proof of prior relevant experience shall be provided during tender submission.
