PROVISION OF DIGITAL FORENSICS AND CYBERSECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE RETAINER SERVICE FOR PSA INTERNATIONAL (PSAI)

Eligibility/Head Reference

Tenderers shall meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Have a local office and presence in Singapore

• Have at least 5 years of DFIR experience in IT and OT systems

• Have CSRO license

• Have a Min bizSAFE level 3 certification

• DFIR team of consultants shall meet the following requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of digital forensics and incident response
  • Experience in conducting investigations
  • Familiarity with IT and OT environments with experience in responding to incidents
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to DFIR
  • Possession of relevant industry certifications or equivalent
