It has been a fulfilling 12 years as I had the opportunity to pick up new skills and knowledge on the job! Working in front line operations, I believe that having a positive mindset is essential to strive in our fast paced environment!
I joined PSA as a Container Handling Specialist in 2010 and was rotated to Automated Yard Ops & Automation Department in 2016 to ensure seamless operations of the remote yard cranes. I am proud to learn and grow alongside PSA!
Being part of the team driving the development of technologies for our future port, I get to work with a team of like-minded people from various departments in the company. Although we have our own expertise, all of us possess a common goal – to mould our projects and plans into reality for our future port.

I joined PSA as a Systems Engineer upon graduation in 2015. I am part of the infrastructure team that maintains the IT systems supporting Billing, Finance and HR to ensure smooth corporate operations for the world’s largest transhipment hub. Our work is rewarding, challenging and filled with opportunities as we explore new and exciting IT solutions for PSA!

I enjoy working as an Engineer in PSA because of the multitude of technical and management challenges I face daily. The necessity to methodically analyse each challenge in order to solve them motivates me to be innovative, to constantly think on my feet
I’m currently leading a team of technical staff to maximise the efficiency and reliability of container-handling prime movers by implementing cost-effective maintenance programmes and new initiatives to meet business demands!

To support the business, I get many opportunities to collaborate with the various departments in PSA. My greatest job satisfaction comes when I am able to give qualitative explanations to financial figures.
My experience due to job rotations from front line operations to planning has increased my knowledge and appreciation of the challenges faced by the business. This has enabled me to take on exceptional situations and multi-task effectively with confidence and composure.
As part of the Commercial team, my role is to manage the contractual relationship with our customers. The satisfaction comes from achieving an outcome where both parties are able to extract values from the co-operation. Having joined from a non-maritime industry, the open culture of PSA has made my learning journey an enjoyable one.
My primary focuses are on media matters, content creation while managing our digital outreach platforms. The landscapes of the way we communicate today have transformed dramatically since I joined in 2010, and in tackling these changes I have found opportunities to grow my skillsets in areas I never knew I would need to!
To support the business, PSA equips me with varied skills and opportunities to fulfil my potential, whilst providing an enjoyable work environment.
I started out as an Operations Executive and grown through various trainings and job rotations to understand the ins and outs of container operations. Now, I am putting my skills and knowledge to good use by designing the terminal of the future.
Having been rotated from Operations, my current role in procurement allows me to further develop a keen eye for detail, communication skills as well as an analytical mind. Our team constantly thinks and explores new ways to structure and manage all our tenders.
